1) 豆爽 Tau Suan
Ingredients 配料:
300g Mung beans soak 2 hours
300克 绿豆片 浸泡2小时
1½ litres Water 1½公升 水
4 Pandan leaves 4片 斑兰叶
150g Cane sugar 150克蔗糖
4 tablespoon Potato flour 4汤匙 马铃薯粉
Fried dough sticks 油条
2) 芋头糕 Yam Cake
Ingredients 配料:
700g Yam, strips & cubes 700克 芋头, 切条和粒
1 litres Water 1公升 水
12 Shitake mushrooms, cubes 12朵 香菇, 切粒
100g Dried shrimp, minced 100克 虾米, 切碎
5 Small red onions, slices 5粒 小洋葱, 切片
1 teaspoon Pepper 1 茶匙 胡椒粉
½ teaspoon Five spice powder ½茶匙 五香粉
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
Flour Mixture:
100g Tapioca flour 100克 木薯粉
500g Rice Flour 500克 粘米粉
1 litres Water 1公升 水
