Firm Tofu 200g, Fresh Chinese Yam 40g, Salt ¼tsp,
Sugar ¼tsp, Soy Sauce 1tsp, Cornstarch 1tsp,
Sushi Nori 1piece, Cooking Oil 1tbsp, Roast Sesame
Kabayaki Sauce :
Soy Sauce 1tbsp, Cooking Wine 1tbsp,
Mirin 1tbsp, Sugar 1tbsp
