Ingredients for Gravy: -
2 Tomatoes, 1 Onion, 10 Cloves Garlic, 1 Spicy Chilli, 1 Inch Ginger.
1 Small Bowl Cashew
Water
1 Tbsp. Ghee
1 Big Tbsp. Oil.
Ingredients for garlic chutney.
8 cloves garlic.
As per taste salt .
1 tbsp.chilli powder.
Ingredients for tadka.
4 big tbsp.oil.
1 tbsp.jeera.
1 tbsp.mustered seeds.
1 dry chilli.
1 small chopped onion.
Smooth gravy.
Half tbsp.turmeric powder.
1 tbsp. red chilli powder.
1 tbsp.coriander powder.
Half tbsp. garam masala.
As per taste salt.
1 glass water.
Half bowl cashew.
1 big bowl bhawngari gathiya.
Coriander leaves.
Process
Take 2 Tomatoes,1 Onion,10 Cloves Garlic,1 Spicy Chilli,1 Inch Ginger.
Roughly Chopped Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Ginger.
Start Flame & Take A Pan.
Add 2 Small Tbsp. Oil & Add Chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic.
Add 1 Small Bowl Cashew.
Add Ginger & Green Chilli. Add water
Mix Well & Cover The Pan 10 min.
After 10 Min. Open The Cover. Check Vegetables Properly Cook or not.
5 Min. Cool Down & then Peel off Tomatoes.
Take A 8 Cloves Of Garlic Add Half Small Tbsp. Salt.
Add 1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder & Make garlic red chilli paste.
Take A Mixer Jar & Add Cooked Vegetables.
Mix it & Your Smooth Gravy Is Ready.
Start Flame & Take A Pan Add 1 Tbsp. Ghee & Shallow Fry Cashew.
Start Flame & Take A Pan, Add 4 Big Tbsp. Oil.
Once Oil Is Hot Add 1 Tbsp. Jeera, Mustard Seeds, 1 dry chilli.
Add 1 Small Chopped Onion.
Add Smooth Gravy & mix well.
Add 1 Tbsp. Garlic Red Chilli Paste & Half Tbsp. Turmeric Powder.
Add 1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder & 1 Tbsp. Coriander Powder.
Add Half Small Tbsp. Garam Masala.
As Per Taste Salt & Mix Well ingredients.
Cover The Pan 5 To 7 Min.
After 5 to 7 min Open cover, once thick consistent gravy is ready.
Add 1 Glass Water.
Add shallow Fry Cashew & 1 Big Bowl Bhawnagari Gathiya.
Mix Well & Cook for 7 Min.
Your Tasty Kaju Gathiya Sabji Is Ready.
