Mexican rice vegetable burrito bowl

Mexican rice ingredients:
2 table spoon jeera.
1 table spoon coriander seeds.
2 table spoon oil.
1 table spoon jeera.
1 chopped onion.
1 chhoped carrot.
1 small chopped green capsicum.
1 small chopped red capsicum.
Half cup boil corn.
6 pc chopped garlic.
Small pc grated ginger.
1 big table spoon cooked rajma
2 table spoon chawali beans.
2 small spoon coriander seeds & jeera masala.
1 small table spoon pizza spice.
As per taste salt.
Some coriander leaves & chopped green onion
1 bowl cooked Bashmati rice.

BEANS Ingredients

2 table spoon oil.
1 table spoon jeera
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green onion
1 chopped tomato
½ chopped capsicum
5 pc of garlic
2 small tomato puree
Salt as per taste
1.5 table spoon of Red chilly powder
½ table spoon of turmeric
Coriander leaves
½ bowl boil rajma
2 table spoon boil chawli seeds
Add 1 table spoon of tomato ketchup

White Curd paste Ingredients: -

½ bowl hung curd,
Chopped coriander leaves
Black pepper powder
Roasted jeera powder
Salt as per taste
Salsa Sauce :-
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped chill
Lemon juice as per taste

1 packet Nachos
cheese

Recipe :-
Take a pan and start the flame
Add 2 tbspn jeera and 1 tbspn of coriander seeds & mix well
Cool down seeds & Jeera, take a mixture and add seeds and jeera, start mixer and make jeera and seeds masala
Take a pan ,start the famel add table spoon of oil and 1 tbspn of jeera
Add 1 chopped onion and mix well, add chopped carrot and red capsicum, add chopped green capsicum and half cup boil corn, add 6 pcs chopped garlic and small pcs. Of grated Ginger,
Mix well and cover the pan
Open the pan cover and add 1 big spoon of 6 hr soak and cooked Rajma
Add 4 sock and cooked 2 tbspn chawli beans
Mix well and cove the pan
Open the cover
Ad 2 tbspn coriander seeds & Jeera masala, 1 small spoon of pizza spices masala, salt as per taste, add coriander leaves, chopped some green onion and mix well.
Cover the pan.
Open cover, add 1 bowl cooked basmati rice, mix well
Your rice is ready
One another pan and 2 table spoon oil
And 1 table spoon jeera, 1 chopped onion and keep stir
Add 2 chopped green onion, 1 chopped tomato and mix well
Cover the pan
Add half chopped capsicum and 5 pc chopped garlic
2 small tomato puree and mix well
2 big tbspn of water and mix well, salt as per taste,
Add 1 tbspn coriander seeds and jeera masala, ½ tbspn red chilly powder, 1/2 tbspn turmeric, coriander leaves and mix well
Covert he pan
Add half bowl boil rajma, 2 tblspn boil chawli seeds and keep stir
Add 1tbspn tomato ketchup and mix well, cover the pan
Mesh Rajma and chawli seeds
Half bowl hung curd, chopped coriander leaves
And some black pepper powder, roasted jeera powder and salt as per taste, mix well and white paste is ready
Take another bowl, add 1 chop onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped chily, lemon and slat as pet taste & mix them well.
Take 1 packet of Nachos and crush them
Take all your items like Refined beans, Crushed nachos, Mexican Rice, Grated Cheese, White cream
Take one bowl
Add Mexican Rice to fill ¾ of bowl, properly spread in bowl
Spread hung curd on rice , add and spread refined beans, add &spread chopped vegetable, add & spread nachos, add & spread coriander leaves, green onion, grated cheese
Your bowl is to cook in oven, put bowl in OTG/ Oven, set 10 minute and temp. at 180’c.
Take out the bowl after timer is over.
Garnish the bowl with Nachos and your Tasty Yummy Homemade Mexican Burrito Bowl is ready to eat.
