Grind summer water kimchi 0 and you'll fall in love with the soup! Making bright cucumber water kimchi
In the summer, I grind this and add only the juice.
The taste of the soup is sweet and it whets your summer appetite.

ingredient
pickled fish
Eolgalyi 1/2 Dan. 2 handfuls of coarse salt. 1 cup of water.

garnish ingredients
Eolgalyi 1/2 Dan. 2 cucumbers. 4 stems of water parsley.
1.5 red peppers. 1/4 pear. 4 chives.

seasoning ingredients
2T minced garlic. 1/2T ginger syrup. 2.5T salt. 1T anchovy sauce.
1 cup of red pepper powder. 1.5L of rice paste. 1 cup of shiitake broth. bottled water.

*Add the shiitake broth to the blender and grind the pears.
Add only the juice and discard the dried material.
The bitter taste becomes sweet when mixed with pear juice.
Pickling cabbage takes less time in hot summer.
