汪家智註冊脊醫(脊骨神經科醫生)為大家講解腰椎狹窄正的原因及治療方案。患這個病有很多原因,第一是退化生骨刺,第二是黃韌帶變厚,第三就是椎間盤突出,第四就是脊骨滑脫症。其實這個病跟年齡有關,年紀越大還的機會就會越高,因為這是跟我們身體的勞損有關。如果患這個病你會覺得坐低或者向前彎腰比較舒服,但是如果要起身或者要向後屈曲就會非常之痛苦。患者不用擔心,其實很多時候,做一些物理治療或拉筋運動就可以幫助,九成的患者不需要做手術!所以今次會為大家介紹7招運動來幫助腰推狹窄症。不過也要量力而為,如果真的很痛,或做過也沒有幫助,就要跟隨醫生的指示去做治療啦!

In this video, Dr. Joe talked about 7 effective exercises for Lumbar Stenosis. Lumbar Stenosis is the condition where the spinal canal of the lumbar becomes small and impinges on the spinal cord. People with Lumbar Stenosis will complain about pain with walking, standing up from seated, pain that radiates to both legs, and it's better with sitting. There are a few reasons for lumbar stenosis, but in general, if you are over 55 years old with previous low back pain issues, you are more likely to encounter this problem. As for treatment, usually, physiotherapy and chiropractic plus stretching exercises are adequate for 90% of the cases.
