A film in a two-day stay in Salzburg, Austria. The city of Salzburg was our second stop on our way to Croatia.

Before our arrival, we only knew that Salzburg is located in the Alps and Mozart was born here :) The trip to this city was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was the first time I visited such a beautiful city! In addition to visiting attractions such as the Hohensalzburg Fortress, the palace with Mirabell gardens or the historic city center entered on the UNESCO list, we recommend seeing the water attractions of the Hellbrun Palace. Warning! There is a risk of damage to cameras and cameras! :)

Salzburg is situated at the foot of the Alps. The closest peak is Untersberg, which is shrouded in various legends, and can be reached by a special cable car. Public transport from the city center goes to the lower cable car station. From the top of the mountain there is a beautiful view of the Alps.

The Salzach mountain river flows through the city of Salzburg, on which very fast motor boats sail. From their deck, you can see almost all of Salzburg from the river side. The cruise takes approximately one hour.

All the above-mentioned attractions can be visited for free with the purchase of the Salzburg Card. The card costs about 40EUR and it is the most profitable form of exploring the city. The card holder can also use public transport and additional discounts in the city without any additional fees.

When it comes to food, we had to eat Viennese schnitzel on the spot :) The biggest surprise for us was Bosna - a local variety of hot dog with white sausage. We make it at home regularly!
