My Version of the infamous ugly drum smoker. Works Wonderfully and was super simple and cheap. Here is a brief list of some of the parts I used on this build:
1. 55 Gallon Drum. Prefer food grade but burn it out before use either way. I found mine at a large bakery factory for $5.00

2. Black Pipe Nipples. (2) 18" lengths and (1) 3" length. All 1/2" diameter

3. (3) 1/2" Shutoff valves to control air flow and temp.

4. (1) 2 1/2" Threaded Black Pipe cut to any length you prefer to be used as chimney

5. (1) 3/4" electrical conduit fitting for a wire pass through if you want digital probe
