In this video we build a smoker for BBQ using a 55 gallon drum and some pipe. Commonly called a VDS (Verticle Drum Smoker) or a UDS (Ugly Drum Smoker) This smoker is a home made version of a "bullet style" smoker.
Capable of long cook times with little maintenance, the UDS has a large capacity and can carry a small price tag.
