A small vlog about what I've been doing the last few days - I fulfilled several ideas that were in my head 😃

Cottage cheese cup cake
---------------------------------------

2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs
250g cottage cheese
1/2 cup of oil
1 package of puding powder
1 package of baking powder

Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
Then add all other ingredients and mix a smooth batter.
Fill baking form (greased and sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs) and bake for about 40-45min.
