ep 49. dealing with change and transition is never an easy thing. as a girlie with anxiety and a very type-a personality, it’s hard to have a smooth transition when life throws you curve balls or ruffles up your routine in any way. that change is a normal part of life, though, so here are 5 ways to help yourself through these moments of change and transition:
