INGREDIENT & PROCESS
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
oil 1 tsp
Water as needed
Smooth dough
Rest for 10 mins
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Onion 1 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Parsley 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mix well
Roll the dough
Potato stuffing
Brush water
Roll tightly
Flour 2 tbsp
Water 1/3 cup
Mix well
Fry until golden brown medium flame
