Consistency, determination, and patience is the key to life. About two months in the making one brick at a time, I finished rebuilding my gym. Here is the link to another video when I also rebuilt the old rusted Olympic weights that were out doors for over 10 years collecting rust/dust and nesting black Widow spiders. I gave those weights a purpose and brought them back to life as I did with my gym.
