This was my first cook on my new Blackstone 36 inch Griddle and we all love it. We cooked some hash browns, asparagus, hamburgers, hotdogs, Italian sausage, shrimp, onions and peppers, and warmed up some left over steak. It was all great. The ground beef stuck a little at first, but since this was our first cook, we figured it might happen. I can't wait till I get the chance to cook myself. Everyone loves it and they all want to cook on it.
