During the summer of 2018 athlete Larry Wheels began preparing for a bodybuilding competition.
Larry is an incredibly strong athlete but powerlifting doesn’t build and shape the body for presentation like bodybuilding does and so he reached out to veteran professional bodybuilder and legend of the sport Victor Martinez to guide him through a back workout.
Martinez assessed Wheels’ progress then led Larry through a back routine designed especially for him. In this video we show the 5 exercises that Victor feels are some of the most important back building movements, specifically tailored to Larry’s body type and physique needs.
