How to Make Grilled Squid
Ingredients:
1 kg squid
5 red CHILI
10 CAYEY CHINESE
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 red chili cloves
How to make:
1. Clean the squid from the ink, squid head and skin
2. Cut the whole squid into pieces
3. Cover the squid with lime and add 1 teaspoon salt. let it sit for a moment, then rinse with clean water
4. Grind all the spices and add enough soy sauce
5. Heat the margarine and start grilling the squid using Teflon
6. Spread the ground spices and do it back and forth
7. When the spices are absorbed, remove the grilled squid and serve
