Chicken Katsu Recipe
ingredients:
500 gr chicken fillet
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp powdered chicken stock
1/4 tsp salt
5 tbsp wheat flour
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp powdered chicken stock
2 eggs
Bread crumb
How to make:
1. Thinly slice the chicken breast into 2 pieces
2. Beat until the texture is smooth
3. Marinate and let sit for 20 minutes
4. Place the chicken in the flour mixture, pat and shake
5. Dip the floured chicken in the egg mixture
6. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs
7. Fry the chicken katsu over low heat
