A technique of historical longsword fencing, described in a fechtbuch from the late 16th century by fencing master Joachim Meyer.
It is a so-called reverse slash, where the opponent is hit by the flat of the blade. It is a nach-pace chop, where we react to the opponent's chop from above the head, which we deflect and at the same time hit with the flat of our own blade, which we further escalate with a second strike with the flat of the blade.

Popularization video series on European historical martial arts.
Where Borek and Zdenál from Digladior fencing school demonstrate and explain in detail the principles and techniques of medieval and early modern European martial arts as preserved in the manuals of old fencing masters.
