Longsword fencing techniques based on the original martial art of medieval fencing masters composed into a training routine, kata.
It can be practiced solo or in pairs.
It involves a Krumphau slash followed by a backhand slash to the head, a zucken and finishing off the opponent with Unterhau and Oberhau.
