Hi everyone, I promised I would make another dance video today and here it is! I have not done ballet in over a year, but today I am trying to do pointe in center without even warming up first! Lately, I have done absolutely zero ballet / dance that was not for filming a video. I am too lazy to ever even warm up lol. I have definitely regressed a lot, I regressed less in some areas than I thought I would though, but more in others as well. I am really sad about how bad my arabesques were :(. They probably would have been better if I stretched, warmed up, or was not so scared of hitting the wall as I was doing them though. I hope you all enjoy video! Be sure to like, comment and subscribe!
