《Ingredients》
Minced meat 300g
White mushroom, tree-ear mushroom, green beans, garlic, baby bamboo, shiitake mushroom, boy choy, cabbage, onion, ginger, spring onion
Salt, sugar, oyster sauce

《Recipe》
1. Mix 1 pinch of salt, little pepper to 300g of meat.
2. Mix 3 spoons of starch and 2 eggs to meat mix in step 1.
3. Mince 1/2 onion and 1 ginger and mix to mix in step 2.
4. Put enough cooking oil(refer to the video) in the pan and shap the mix in step 3 into ball-shape and fry until meat mix get cooked golden .
5. Slice 3 shiitake mushroom, 1 cabbange leaf, 2 finger joint length of spring onion, couple cloves of garlic.
6. Take out cooked meat mix, get a new pan and coat with oil used to cook meat.
7. Put minced garlic and sliced spring onion and garlic into the pan, stir fry little then put in 1 spoon of soy sauce.
8. Put in rest of veggies into the pan.
9. After stir frying veggies little, put in 1 spoon of taste sake.
10. When veggies die down little, put in 300mL of water and boil down.
11. Put in little pepper, 1.5 spoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon of suger into the pan.
12. Put in starch water(2 spoons of starch+2spoons of water), cooked meat mix, bok choy and stir fry all together well.
13. Put little sesame oil then voila!
