Today we are making condensed milk cookies; the recipe is suitable for a gas or electric pecan maker. The ingredients are for a large batch of nuts, so feel free to divide all the ingredients by 2.

Ingredients for a medium-sized serving of nuts:
2 eggs
butter 250 g
1/2 cup sugar
flour 2-3 cup
baking soda 1/2 tsp, put out 1/2 tsp vinegar (or 1/2 tsp baking powder)
pinch of salt
oil to grease the molds before the first batch
boiled condensed milk 1 jar

Ingredients for large batches of pecans (like in the video)
4 eggs
butter 500g
sugar 1 cup
flour 4-5 cups
baking soda 1 tbsp, put out 1 tbsp vinegar (or 1/2 tbsp baking powder)
pinch of salt
oil to grease the molds before the first batch
boiled condensed milk 2 jars

Recipe for soviet peanuts with condensed milk, step by step:
First, melt 500 g of butter. Pre-cut it into medium sized pieces.
In a large container pour the flour. Add 1/3 tsp of salt and a cup of sugar. Mix the dry ingredients.
Add 4 eggs. Half a tablespoon of baking powder (you can replace it with 1 tsp of baking soda and put out with a bite), and pour in our melted butter.
Knead the dough until homogeneous. Cover with clingfilm and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat a pecan pan and grease it with vegetable oil. But only the first time, then it is not necessary.
Form balls the size of half a walnut and bake our nuts for about one minute on each side. The walnuts in the nutcracker bake very quickly!
If you guess the amount of dough, you'll have beautiful beautiful walnuts, if you form small balls, the walnuts won't be whole.
With big balls, too, you have to be careful, except that there will be a lot of waste, the dough will bake and stick, respectively the aroma in the kitchen will not be the most pleasant.

According to the classics, nuts are cooked with condensed milk. But you can also make them with custard, or mix custard with condensed milk.

Another great option for filling is to whip up butter and mix it with condensed milk.
In my opinion, the most delicious nuts come simply with condensed milk. But, what kind of boiled condensed milk I have not tried, all not the same.
