This is so easy I spatchcock in the summer so you can cook the chicken flat on a BBQ but usually I will do this to speed up cooking, it takes about half the time…. approx 45 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade or 390 degrees Fahrenheit, Gas Mark 6. Great if you want to marinade too as you can “fold” the chicken into a ziplock bag.
