This is a simple way to make stunning scones to be enjoyed with jam, cream or just butter! Quick correction to the video I mention the cooking temp as Gas Mark 7 which is correct and 200 Fahrenheit but of course I meant CENTIGRADE 😉😂
You can keep them for a couple of days in a tin or airtight container but they will be at their best the same day, they get a little heavier day 2 on but still taste amazing…and actually it’s easier to put the butter on on day 2 less crumbly 👍
