2 tbsp vegetable oil (I have olive oil)
1 tsp salt
1 glass of water (250 ml)
Marinade:
1 chili pepper
3 cloves garlic
30 g parsley and cilantro
1 tsp sugar or honey
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar (I have apple cider vinegar)
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame
