Don't cook eggplant until you see this recipe! Easy and Cheap Eggplant Beef Recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
Medium heat
Pour olive oil in the pan
Chop 1/2 onion
Add to the pan
Fry for about 2 minutes
Add 2 cloves of garlic
200g ground beef
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Chop 1/4 yellow bell pepper
Add to the pan
Chop 1 tomato
Add to the pan as well
Fry for 3 minutes
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Chop 1 large eggplant
Medium heat
Melt unsalted butter in the pan
Melt unsalted butter in the pan
Brush olive oil on top
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top
Fry for 2 minutes
Salt and black pepper
Fry for another 2 minutes
Place the eggplant on a baking tray
Scoop the meat onto the eggplant
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Place another eggplant slice on top
Repeat
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 356°F/180°C
Parsley
Done!
