300g of pork meat
150g of tofu
Enoki mushroom 100g
1/2 of the green onion
1/3 of carrot
3 hot peppers
3 eggs
1/3 cup of pancake flour
1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of cooking wine
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/3 teaspoon of pepper
