Goofy is a cartoon character created by The Walt Disney Company. He is a tall, anthropomorphic dog who typically wears a turtle neck and vest, with pants, shoes, white gloves(doesn’t have one here) and a tall hat originally designed as a rumpled fedora. Goofy is a close friend of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, and Max Goof's father.

Personality: Clumsy, unintelligent, and humble are some of the words that describe Goofy. Living a rather simple lifestyle, Goofy tends to miss the obvious, act somewhat childish and absent-minded, and gets confused very easily.

Based on his physical description and personality, it's most likely that Goofy is either a Coonhound or Bloodhound. Though his lack of intelligence doesn't match the temperament of these dog breeds, his loyalty and good-natured personality do reflect the traits of these dogs.
