I have a goal to run 3,000 miles over the next decade (10 years). To start this goal, I must first establish a lifestyle that incorporates running on a consistent basis. I took an afternoon to clean up my workout room so that I could take on this goal with the utmost seriousness and dedication. After documenting my beginning weight, I jumped on the treadmill and proceeded to document the first 30 days of this journey. You’re not going to believe the amount of weight I lost once it was completed. I hope you enjoy.
