Ingredients (4 servings):
270 g spaghetti. Cook al dente.
30 g (2 tablespoons) butter.
3-4 cloves of garlic.
20 g (1-2 tablespoons) flour.
500 g (2 cups) milk.
60 g (1/2 cup) cheese.
Salt, black pepper, paprika, 1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
Fresh watercress.
