I made a yet another attempt on the upside dow aka pyramid bonfire, which, in theory should have a long burn time, giving out a lot of heat as well. In comparison to a siberian fire i.e. nodia, it's much easier to light in a bushcraft scenario. This type of bonfire does not require logs as long as for the nodia, nor does it provide heat in a long line. This type suits warming up a group of people circling around it. I will make a second attemp, adjusting it properly.
