Ingredients
50 g sesame leaf shoots, enoki mushroom 50 g (1/2 bag),
2 tablespoon whole perilla seeds, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
Seasoning)
2 tablespoons all-purpose soy sauce
(1 1/2 tablespoons brewed soy sauce, 1 teaspoon raw sugar)
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar
Preparation
1. Trim the perilla sprouts and wash them
2. Cut off the base of enoki mushrooms and separate the strands
3. Add sesame oil to the perilla sprouts first and stir
