To make Banana Bread, You only need the following listed below ;


INGREDIENTS
1/2 cups butter(114g)
3 large banana
3/4 cups sugar (150g)
1 1/2 cups flour(192g)
2 eggs
1/2tsp vanilla (optional)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

TOPPINGS
chocolate chips
walnuts


PREPARATIONS

Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C) can adjust later

Put the butter into the preheat oven for 2-5 minutes just to melt it.

In a mixer put the banana, until completely smooth.

Stir the melted butter

Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt.

Stir in the sugar,

beaten egg,

Add Vanilla Extract

Stir the melted butter into the mashed banana, mix together

Pour the banana mix to your prepared loaf pan,

Add chocolate chips and chopped walnuts to the batter

Distribute evenly through the batter

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350-355°F (175-180°C)

Remove from oven

Let cool in the pan for a few minutes.

Then remove the banana bread from the pan, Slice and serve with your favourite drinks (cold or hot)
