In this video I show you 5 top exercises with which you can train your short turns. This parade turn is not only great fun, but will also give you the right ski technique to ski black and steep slopes superbly. Your curves should look round and sporty in the end.

Very important: I see my videos as a useful addition to the ski school - with a ski instructor on site you can compare your own image with the image of others during the ski course. We can't do that here on YouTube.

The 5 exercises deal with the different sticking points that we have defined in the short swing. It's about the right load, moving forward, edging and much more. With this ski technique video tutorial you will then be able to train on the slopes in Austria, Germany, Switzerland or other ski areas in the world. These expert tips were created through my training at the German Ski Association. I was trained there and now work as a trainer for the West German Ski Association (wsv).

- Radius: funnel ride (movements remain, more compact)
- Apply pressure to the plow arch (increase the edge angle, consciously apply pressure)
- Double-decker use (KSP to the front)
- Window with sticks for upper body stability (agile below, stable above)
- Specify the tact acoustically
