Hi everyone,

This is my collage for week 42 of the challenge being hosted by Margarete Miller this year ( see below for details, if the #2024CW challenge is new to you and/or if you’re interested in taking part).

The prompts set for this assignment were as follows:

1. ‘Something associated with a specie time of day’ ~ As a child
bedtime always meant story time. My parents use to read to me until I
could read and then, I would read to them. One of my all time favourite
children’s authors was Enid Blyton and especially her Famous Five
series.

2. ‘ A famous person’ ~ Staying with the literary theme, I chose another
favourite author of mine, Daphne Du Maurier.

3. ‘ Rubber stamping in blue ink’ ~ I chose to use a blue metallic marker
pen and a stamp of a hand holding a quill.

4. ‘ A triangle’ ~ I used a washi stamp in this shape.

5. ‘A portion of envelope from mail this week’ ~ I rescued a business
envelope that arrived in the post earlier in the week and flipped it
inside out, so that I could use the pale blue pattern inside.

Bonus ‘Instructions’ ~ I photocopied the instructions for my Apple pen
onto pale cream paper and used a portion of that.
