Stew Daging Sedap !mdalam video ini saya kongsikan cara memasak Stew Daging Sedap ! Bahan-bahannya adalah seperti dibawah;

500 gram daging lembu ~ dipotong kiub
1 bawang merah ~ dibelah 6
1 lobak merah ~ dipotong besar
3 biji kentang ~ dipotong besar
1 bawang holland ~ dicincang
1 labu bawang putih ~ dicincang
3 inci halia ~ dihiris nipis
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu besar lada hitam
Setengah cawan sos tomato
2 kiub pati daging lembu
1 sudu besar gula
2 sudu besar mentega
minyak masak dan garam secukup rasa
3 ulas bawang putih di cincang, sedikit serbuk kunyit dan air secukupnya untuk merebus daging lembu

Delicious Beef Stew! In this video I share how to cook a Delicious Beef Stew! The ingredients are as below;

500 grams of beef ~ cut into cubes
1 red onion ~ cut into 6
1 carrot ~ cut large
3 potatoes ~ cut large
1 white onion ~ chopped
1bulb garlic ~ chopped
3 inches of ginger ~ thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of black pepper
Half a cup of tomato sauce
2 cubes of beef stock
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
cooking oil and salt to taste
3 chopped cloves of garlic, a little turmeric powder and enough water to boil the beef
