Smoked pork butt in a pellet smoker, it seriously doesn't get much easier!
Pork butts are one of the most commonly used cuts to make pulled pork and pork butts are very widely available from supermarkets and butchers too!

Here's the coleslaw recipe for your reference:

2 grated carrots
1/4 green and purple cabbage finely chopped
2tbs chopped parsley
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
3tbs whole egg mayonnaise
Pinch of pepper

This would have to be one of, if not the easiest pulled pork cook i've done. If you're time poor or don't like managing a fire, a pellet smoker is a great option!
Definitely give this pulled pork method a try!

If you're a beginner looking to make some real BBQ, a smoked pork butt is definitely a great option. They aren't very expensive, they are quite forgiving and you'll learn so much in the process too!
