Today we start the first project of the season by tearing out an existing on-grade deck, excavating down to the subsoil, and starting to prepare the base. This project is off to a rough start with the rain causing our schedule to become more difficult juggling the logistics of tight access into the backyard and a single lane driveway. We walk through everything we are doing on this project and will cover more from this project in future videos!
