CHIFFON CAKE WITHOUT OVEN
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp powdered milk
1/4 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Few drops of orange food color (optional)
1/2 cup Royal Tru-orange

MERINGUE:
3 egg whites
1 tsp cream of tartar (you can use 1 tsp vinegar instead)
1/4 cup sugar
