The birds were a little bit more cooperative this week. We had some warm days and that brought a nice assortment of birds out to the pools. The weather keeps shifting back and forth - up the in 60s for several days and then dropping into the 40s for a day or two. I'm starting to hear more birdsong on the nice nice days! The summer birds won't arrive until mid-April but the year-around birds usually start nesting in March. Such an exciting time of year!
