I put in 6 cups of Einkorn then I grind those 6 cups into flour) which requires 3 teaspoon dry quick yeast, 1.5 teaspoon salt. Mix well, then add about 4-41/2 cups of hot water with a spatula to a consistency that is thicker than normal bread dough. If you want, Roll dough in seed mix ( pumpkin, sesame, etc) into the bowl. I put them in while doing yeast. Let it rise, covered with a tea towel and in a warm place. I put mine on a warmer on the stove. Warm a cast iron pot in the oven to 500F., in an ordinary oven. In an convection oven 475. Bake 45 minutes @ 450 degrees. In convection oven 475! Easy!
