WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK | WHAT'S FOR DINNER?!

Welcome to another week in my life, dinner edition!

MONDAY:
*Drip beef sandwich:
-Pot roast cooked for 8+ hours in the slow cooker, add sliced onions, beef bouillon, brown gravy mix, garlic, and a little beef stock. The sauce is mayo, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Spread the sauce onto a roll, top with cheese and broil until the cheese is melted and the bread is slightly toasted. Top the bread with the meat and onions, get some of the juice for dipping, and eat it up!

TUESDAY:
*Chicken Parm:
Bread your chicken cutlet. In a pan with some oil on medium heat, cook the chicken until just about done. Transfer into a pan with sauce and parmesan cheese. Top with mozzarella and more parmesan parsley if you have it! Bake until chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted!

WEDNESDAY:
*Steak strips with garlic green beans and rice:
-Marinate the steak strips in whatever you'd like! I used olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, garlic, soy sauce, and Japanese bbq sauce. Toss them on the grill and cook until your desired doneness. The green beans are just cooked in a pan with oil and butter until you how you like them done, add in garlic to finish. I made minute rice, perfect every time. I suggest switching out the water for broth and adding butter instead of oil.

THURSDAY:
*Lemon parmesan sesame salad from Half Baked Harvest
