WHAT'S FOR DINNER | CROCK POT CHICKEN AND STUFFING | EASY WEEKNIGHT MEALS
Yes I know it's July, yes I know this isn't summer food, but I don't care, I want what I want! And what I want is Thanksgiving! This dish definitely scratched that itch and I used the crock pot so the house wasn't ablaze with heat. This was so easy and of course, very minimal work involved!
What I Used:
-5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 ten ounce can of cream of celery soup use whatever you'd like
-1 small sweet onion, chopped
-1/4 cup chicken broth
1 six ounce box of stuffing mix I used savory herb
1/2 stick butter melted
-Salt and pepper to taste
*Cook on high for 3-4 hours or high for 5-6 hours
CARROTS:
-However many carrots you'd like, trimmed and peeled. Slice into coin rounds and boil until your desired doneness. Drain and add brown sugar, butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well!
