🔔 Sweet pumpkin Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) side dish. (1T=rice spoon)
1 sweet pumpkin (500g), 160g Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu), 1T cooking oil, 200ml water, 4T soy sauce, 2T mirin, 2T corn syrup, 1/2T sesame oil, 1/2T sesame seeds.

✨ Sweet pumpkin Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) side dish. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice the sweet pumpkin.
2. Add the sweet pumpkin and 1T cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes and 30 seconds on high heat.
3. Add 200ml water, 4T soy sauce, and 2T mirin and mix. Close the lid and boil on high heat.
+ When the seasoning boils, lower the heat to low and cook for 2 more minutes. 4. After 2 minutes, open the lid and mix. Close the lid and cook for 2 more minutes.
5. After 2 minutes, add Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) and turn on high heat.

+ After mixing, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
6. After 2 minutes, add 2T of corn syrup and mix.
7. Turn off the heat and sprinkle 1/2T of sesame oil and 1/2T of sesame seeds.
