Hi everyone,
Malpua, also known as Malpuwa or Puwa is actually a deep fried version of Pancake. It is made on various occasions in Nepal. It is prepared and eaten during different festivals like Holi or Krishna janma astami. It is also made as prasad during puja at our homes. It is really popular among Newar communities. You should try this recipe at home and you will understand how Nepali sweet dishes are prepared. It tastes delicious when it is served as snacks with a cup of tea or like a meal with Khasi ko masu, or Aloo kawli.
It is really easy to make. Watch the video and follow the instructions shown in the video, you will be delighted to see the result.
