Recipe:
Pie Crust Dough:
3 cups of flour
1 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg and water to fill 1/2 cup (I crack the egg in the measuring cup and fill the rest of it up with water)
200gr cold butter, chopped into small pieces

Apple Pie Filling:
8-10 apples (depending on size)
1 lemon (juice)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
5 tbsp flour
6 tbsp butter
