To celebrate Luís birthday, we held a barbeque at home! He asked if I could make stuffed bread. So the birthday boy gets his wish fufilled.

Recipe:
-1 small loaf of round bread
1 - 1 1/2 cup maionese
1 small onion, diced finely
2 cloves garlic, minced
100 grams chopped bacon
50 grams chopped ham
50 grams chopped chorição
500grams shredded cheese
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp italian seasoning
