We visit three 1800s built homesteads and an old Hotel

Montana is full of old homesteads built in the early 1800s by pioneers hacking out a survival in the wilderness. Visiting these old places brings images of a time long ago lived by people who are no more. Inhabited by people that would see the modern world as a foreign thing. People who through their toughness and endurance were able to forge through the harsh winter months of the Montana winters in tiny log cabins. And by all accounts these early people of the pioneer age in Montana enjoyed their lives here on these lands to the point that no one could ever talk them into changing out what they had for a more comfort filled existence.
