This corn whiskey run uses fresh Korean waxy corn straight from the field to our house. We wanted to see how fresh Korean waxy corn would work for this run vs. our usual frozen corn.

We never would have expected to be shucking corn here in Korea, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do for the whiskey. Korean waxy corn has a different texture and taste than American corn. We were curious how it would reflect in our final product.

So, this run was all about playing with fresh corn to create fabulous flavors in our whiskey.
