We make pickled peppers several times a year.
The methods vary slightly from season to season.
Today, we made pickled peppers that are good for long-term use.
Make sure you enjoy it's delicious.^^
* Ingredients for making pickled peppers (200ml cups)
2 kg of cheongyang red pepper
4 cups soy sauce
3 cups of brown vinegar
3 cups plum syrup
3 cups water
two roots of green onion
a handful of shiitake mushrooms
a piece of apple
a piece of lemon
kelp palm size 1 sheet
(2 tablespoons baking soda when washing)
It's safe to keep it for a long time by boiling it twice.
